Shipping Charges
- Domestic (India): We offer free shipping on all domestic orders of ₹3,000 and above. For domestic orders below ₹3,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹200 applies at checkout.
- International: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the weight of your package. Any country-specific custom duties or import taxes must be paid directly by the customer.
Order Processing & Fulfillment Timelines
- Standard Custom Shirts: We take approximately 7 days to process and ship custom-made shirts.
- Imported Fabrics: Orders featuring imported fabrics require approximately 21 days to ship.
- Multi-Shirt Orders (4+ Shirts): If you order more than 3 shirts, we will ship the first shirt to you within 7 days as a trial fit. Once you confirm you are satisfied with the fit, we will process and ship the remaining items in your order.
Tracking & Updates
- You will receive real-time updates via email and SMS when your order is placed and when it ships.
- You can also track your order status anytime by logging into your profile on our website or app.
Store Pickups
- If you select in-store pickup at checkout, we will notify you via email and SMS as soon as your order is ready for collection at your chosen location.
